5 Temmuz 2022 tarihli Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren ve 6001 sayılı Kanun’da yapılan düzenleme gereğince ihlalli geçişlere tahakkuk eden cezaların ödeme sürelerinde değişikliğe gidilmiştir.

İhlalli geçişlerde, geçiş tarihini izleyen ilk 15 gün içerisinde yapılan ödemeler için para cezası uygulanmayacaktır.

Ödemenin 15 gün içinde yapılmaması halinde 6001 sayılı Kanun gereğince geçiş ücretinin 1 katı, ödemenin 45 gün içerisinde yapılmaması halinde ise geçiş ücretinin 4 katı tutarında para cezası uygulanacaktır.

Information provided on this page are only for information. Your passages that are subject to execution proceedings are not reviewed among query results. 

Within 15 days following the passages of the vehicles that use our highway, you can query your debit entries on our corporate website with the License Plate Number of your vehicle that used our Highway. 

According to the law, the vehicle owner’s Turkish ID Number and/or Tax Identification Number can be obtained from the competent public authority within 15 days following the unpaid passage. Therefore, certain passages that are viewed as a result of the queries made with a License Plate Number may not be viewed in the queries done with Turkish ID Number and/or Tax Identification Number. It is of first priority for you to query your current debt details for Unpaid Passages on our Website by entering your License Plate Number and it is important to continue querying with the License Plate Number in order to avoid penal actions as a result of Unpaid Passages.

You can make your payments for the unpaid passages regarding your vehicle that used our Highway on our corporate website. Further, you can download YSS Bridge Mobile application free of charge on Google Play or App Store application stores to all of your mobile phones and tablets with Android and iOS operating systems, query your debt details, and make your payments. 

Besides, you can make your payments also at the branches of T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. or Halkbank and through the online banking systems of these banks. 

In case there are former OGS device / HGS label accounts or the ones newly opened following 15 days of the date of passage and registered for your vehicle, efforts will made to automatically collect the toll from any one of these accounts within the grace period. However, failure to conduct the automatic collection within 15 days following the unpaid passage will be relieve the vehicle owner’s liability of payment.

Payments made with any bank account other than our accounts opened at Ziraat Bankası and Halkbank branches for the collection of tolls regarding unpaid passages and our website and mobile applications will not be taken into account.
